Placement Accelarate Program — Terms & Conditions

The AIDEAS Academy Placement Guarantee Program provides structured placement support to eligible candidates who complete the prescribed training program and meet the conditions set forth below.

1. Placement Assurance

AIDEAS Academy offers job placement assurance to candidates who successfully complete all aspects of the prescribed training program, including compliance with academy guidelines, attendance, assessment tests (daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly), and performance standards.

Placement support requires full attendance at scheduled sessions (online, offline, or hybrid), completion of all coursework and projects, and a minimum score of 75% in assessments.

Placement assurance means active facilitation of job interviews with partner organizations; securing a position depends on candidate performance and acceptance of reasonable offers. Placement support is void if the candidate declines suitable job offers, fails to clear employer interviews, or does not participate fully in placement activities.

2. Eligibility

Candidates must meet minimum academic, legal, and age requirements to participate in the program. All candidates must have legal work status to be eligible for placement assistance. Specific academic prerequisites, if any, will be listed in the course enrollment details.

3. Training Mode

Training is conducted via a Hybrid Model (online/offline sessions). Proper internet connectivity is required for online sessions; timely presence at campus is mandatory for offline sessions. The academy may adjust batch scheduling or session format as needed.

4. Fees and Payment

The program fee must be paid in full before commencement; fees are strictly non-refundable except where required by law. No refunds will be provided in case of absenteeism, withdrawal, or disqualification for non-performance. Requests for refunds (where applicable) require a formal review for compliance with applicable policies.

5. Assessment, Certification & Upskilling

Candidates must participate in all required assessments and achieve qualifying marks for placement eligibility. Additional practice or reassessment opportunities may be offered for an extra charge. Certifications (including possible NASSCOM-affiliated certificates) will be awarded upon completion and meeting certification criteria, subject to the certification authority's terms and any applicable fees. Upskilling programs and workshops may be provided to bridge academic and industry requirements.

6. Industry Real-Time Internships & Workshops

Internships are industry-oriented and expose students to real projects and employer expectations in IT and non-IT sectors. College workshops cover SDLC, workplace skills, and employer expectations for careers across domains.

7. Placement Support

Job placement assistance is provided via the academy's hiring network and partner organizations and is subject to prevailing market conditions. The academy does not guarantee automatic employment but provides structured placement support. Placement support does not apply if a candidate rejects job offers or fails employer screening.

8. Conduct & Compliance

Candidates must maintain professional conduct, discipline, and punctuality. Legal violations, misconduct, or policy breaches may lead to termination from the program without refund or placement support.

9. Limitation of Liability

The academy is not responsible for external factors such as job market changes, employer decisions, technical interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

10. Intellectual Property

All course content and materials are the intellectual property of AIDEAS Academy and must not be copied or reused without prior authorization.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Candidate data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and may be shared only for placement and academic purposes, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

All disputes or claims will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India. This agreement shall be governed by applicable Indian law.

13. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

The academy complies with all relevant government, labor, and educational regulations.

14. Right to Amend Terms

AIDEAS Academy reserves the right to amend course content, terms, duration, faculty, or schedule at any time for quality and operational reasons. Notice will be given to candidates when terms materially change.

15. General
